Sign On Policy:

The use of FHLBNY Access is for Federal Home Loan Bank of New York?s (?FHLBNY?) authorized users only (?Authorized Users?), and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Users are responsible for the protection and confidentiality of (i) credential information used to authenticate Authorized User access to any systems available through FHLBNY Access, such as User Names, Passwords, and other related information, and (ii) submissions or requests made through any systems available through FHLBNY Access. In this regard, Authorized Users are encouraged to maintain their own records of such submissions or requests. 
 
If an Authorized User becomes aware of, or suspects, the unauthorized use of FHLBNY Access, then the Authorized User must immediately notify the FHLBNY by contacting FHLBNY Security Services at (800) 546-5101; after the prompt, follow the instructions.

The data transferred via FHLBNY Access will be encrypted in an effort to secure the transmission of information. However, notwithstanding the FHLBNY?s reasonable efforts to secure FHLBNY Access, all data transfers, including electronic mail, occur openly on the Internet and potentially can be monitored and read by others.  The FHLBNY does not warrant that any data transfers utilizing FHLBNY Access, or e-mail transmitted to and from the FHLBNY, will not be monitored or read by others.

No Liability - The FHLBNY will not be liable for any errors contained on FHLBNY Access or for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or performance of FHLBNY Access or its contents.
